Traqcare is the fleet video platform for D4C 4G dashcams and MDVRs, developed by SKYWONDER. It shows live location, live and recorded video over 4G, and AI alerts with the clip attached, in a web browser and in apps for iOS and Android.

Alerts
Every alert arrives with the video attached
When a camera detects a risk, the device warns the driver in the cab and uploads a short clip over 4G. The manager sees the event, the vehicle and the footage together. A 15-second clip is about 5.6 MB at 720p.

Live tracking and history
Position, speed and ignition state for every vehicle, with route playback.
Video on demand
Open a live stream from any channel over 4G, or pull the clip around an event without waiting for the vehicle to return.
AI alerts
Forward-collision, lane-departure, fatigue, distraction and blind-spot events arrive with the video that triggered them. Which alerts a vehicle sends depends on its device.
Driver scoring
Events roll up into a score per driver, so coaching goes to the people who need it.
Geofences and rules
Alerts for leaving a depot, entering a restricted zone, over-speeding or idling too long.
Reports
Trips, mileage, stops, alarms and driver behaviour, exportable for payroll, billing and insurance.
Users and roles
Give dispatchers, managers and customers their own logins, limited to the vehicles they should see.
White-label
Resellers can run the platform and apps under their own logo, colours, domain and app-store listing.

The web dashboard suits the control room. The apps suit managers on the move and drivers who need to see their own trips and scores. Everyone signs in to the same account, with permissions set by role.

In the app a manager opens live video, checks the clip from an alert, talks to the driver on models with two-way voice and shares the evidence, without opening a laptop.
Not locked in
The D9, WD02 and S202 and the WD12 recorder support JT/T 808 and JT/T 1078, and the WD12 adds GB/T 28181. If you already run a platform that uses these protocols, the hardware can report there instead.
If you don't, Traqcare is ready to use: fit the SIM and the memory card, add the device ID to your account, and the device reports to it.
